PORTLAND, Ore. (June 3, 2022) - The NASCAR Xfinity Series takes to Portland International Raceway (PIR) for the first time ever today at 10:05 a.m. PDT then later for qualifying at 5:05 p.m. PDT ahead of tomorrow's Pacific Office Automation 147. This event marks the first NASCAR national series stop in the Pacific Northwest in 22 years when the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series visited both PIR and Evergreen Speedway in Monroe, Wash. in 2000.

PORTLAND, Ore. (June 1, 2022) - Busch Light has been named the official beer of the Pacific Office Automation 147, the upcoming NASCAR Xfinity Series event at Portland International Raceway (PIR) on June 3-4, 2022. 

The partnership between the inaugural NASCAR Xfinity Series race in Portland and Busch Light is a natural fit as Busch Light currently serves as the official beer of NASCAR. The light beer will be available to patrons at PIR during the race weekend, which marks the first NASCAR national series event in the Pacific Northwest in 22 years.

Josh Berry wins Xfinity race at Charlotte as JR Motorsports dominates overall

CONCORD, N.C. — When Josh Berry crossed the finish line at Charlotte Motor Speedway — giving JR Motorsports its first NASCAR Xfinity Series win at its home track — second-place Ty Gibbs was just reaching the 200-foot-long Speedway TV screen television on the backstretch.

After JRM teammate Justin Allgaier scraped the outside wall for the second time and had to pit during the final 81-lap green-flag run, Berry won Saturday’s Alsco Uniforms 300 by an astonishing 18.039 seconds over Gibbs.

Noah Gragson holds off Earnhardt, wins in Talladega overtime; Dash 4 Cash to Allmendinger

It was an Earnhardt Saturday in Earnhardt country.

Grabbing the lead on a restart in the third overtime, Noah Gragson — driving for Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s JR Motorsports — won the Ag-Pro 300 NASCAR Xfinity Series at Talladega Superspeedway.

Gragson beat Jeffrey Earnhardt, grandson of seven-time NASCAR Cup champion Dale Earnhardt, who was driving a black No. 3 Chevrolet in a special appearance for Richard Childress Racing, which fielded Dale Sr.’s car during his heyday.
